This letter is written in response to excellent service our firm received from Bayne Schulstad.  Bayne is the principal at Triangle Compudocs located in Raleigh, NC.

On Easter Sunday, we noticed a most concerning e-mail that appeared to be legitimate from Microsoft with a toll-free number to call for resolution.  We contacted our web-host and he recommended Triangle

Compudocs to us. Despite it being Easter Sunday, Bayne was kind enough to respond, logged into our network, and installed the necessary defensive software.  We were so impressed with Bayne’s willingness to work on a holiday, together with the excellent results, we invited him to implement required hardware and software upgrades to our shipping department computer.  This was a turn-key event for us, and we have been enjoying the benefits of these required updates since then.
