What’s in a name?

Did You know? The original name of Windows was Interface Manager.

Code-named Interface Manager, the Windows project started in 1982 during the early days of Graphical User interface. Here is an excerpt from an early communications plan: “Interface Manager finally fulfills the promise of ease-of-use, software portability and an open applications environment with specs readily available/affordable so software is available and standardized across many computers.” (Made up photo)
